Attendants Total 94 (62 students and 32 adults) delegates from the following countries; Brunei Darussalam, China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Sweden, Thailand and Viet Nam

Preparation before coming Every participating country must prepare a poster and a PowerPoint presentation (10min) about a specific problem threatening the sustainable development of the sea to be exposed during the first day of the conference. The best poster and the best PowerPoint presentation will be selected and rewarded.
The national student groups will study and present the following themes:
Korea (8 students) - the carbon storage and acidification of the seas.
Indonesia (8 students) - the warming up and sea-level rise of the seas.
Malaysia (8 students) - the toxics and poisoning of the seas.
Brunei Darussalam (3 students) - the ethics of the (miss)use of marine resources.
Thailand (6 students) - the over fishing and the race to fish of the seas.
Viet Nam (6 students) - the conflicts and disputes over territorial waters and resources.
Singapore (6 students) - the impact of invasive species of the seas.
China 1 (3 students) - the littering of plastics and oil of the seas.
China 2 (4 students) - the eutrophication (nutrient enrichment) of the seas.
Sweden 1 (7 students) - the top-down and bottom-up effects in disturbed ecosystems.
Sweden 2 (7 students) - the oxygen depleted bottom waters of the seas.

Food All sorts of food except "halal" will be available and served.
Schedule A detailed program will be presented on arrival. • Breakfast is served all mornings at the youth hostel.
• Special guides will escort all delegates on buses and subways from the hotel to all activities during the days.
  Delegates will be provided a one week bus ticket that must not be lost.
• Sleeping hour at 23:00 every night.
